A goldfish, rescued by firefighters working in flooded Botley, has been christened Pearl.Firefighters spotted the goldfish in flood water in Earl Street and managed to get it into a bucket. Rewley Road fire station manager Barry Stockford said: "Since last Friday we've been working hard to get people out of flood water, and here we are trying to keep Pearl in water."
